[Bug 455447] Re: apport-kde crashed with OSError in _execute_child()

 

It looks like you changed the permissions on your system to make
/usr/bin/dpkg and /usr/sbin/dpkg-divert not accessible to normal users?

  Apport asks for administrative privleges. No password works. Also get
  error message that apport has closed unexpectedly would I like to file
  a bug report.
