Bug description:
I use Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial Xerus (in development) and after of the
updates to PulseAudio Some days ago the surround It stopped working...

i've configured the /etc/pulse/daemon.conf and alsamixer for surround
and it worked until Some days ago, now i have that to configure
manually every time that system logged

In fact, Alsamixer indicates that the default card sound is pulseaudio
and the system only transmits stereo sound, but when i configure for
surround with the card sound intel, the surround it work.

In the sound options ,the Surround settings do not appear even though
I set it up in alsamixer. i've attached some screen..
