[Bug 1159823] Re: unzipping does not create symbolic links

 

That version is very old, and no more maintained; if that issue is met
on a supported version, then report about it by creating a new report
bug.

  unzipping does not create symbolic links

Status in file-roller package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Unzipping with file roller does not create symbolic links even though
  "Test integrity" shows the correct contents of the zip file.

  I only tested this in ubuntu 10.10. However, a colleague uses ubuntu
  12.04, and he has the same problem.
