Bug description:
  This bug is to remind that Debian is building mesa against
  llvm-3.7-dev instead of 3.6 that Ubuntu does.

  llvm-toolchain-3.7 used to fail to build on i386 and powerpc on wily,
  but now succeeds on all archs: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
