  Upgrade to 7.99.2 from January 2016

Bug description:
  Please upgrade to version 7.99.2 from January. The current version
  packaged for Xenial is from December, just before two releases were
  being made with fixes compared to 7.1. The 7.99.2 is sort of final
  compared to 7.1 See
