  nm-applet crashed with SIGSEGV in nm_network_menu_item_set_active()

Bug description:
  Running the 9.10 Desktop CD. I had connected to a hidden, unsecured
  WLAN. The wifi LED was blinking fast. But now that I have restarted
  nm-applet, the connection works, but the LED is still blinking.
