  Steps:
  1.Open youtube.com on webbrowser
  2.Play the online video inside browser
  3.Trigger a low/critical battery notification
  4.Observe the result

  5.Play the music in music app
  6.Trigger a critical battery notification
  7.Observe the result

  Actual result:
  The playback of music and online video are not paused, just sound muted for a moment, but still keep playing, the sound will be back in about 3-5 seconds before notification disappears

  Expected result:
  The playback should be paused when notification appears, and user need to play it manually
