  apport-kde hangs/blocks after telling about a bug already having been
  reported

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

  I've started /usr/share/apport/apport-kde from the shell and after it
  told me that the bug was already known (and opened it in the browser
  (Firefox)), apport-kde kept "running"/blocking.

  I've pressed Ctrl-C and this is the Traceback:

  I remember this happening in another situation, probably when reporting a bug in general and it got fixed.
  Smells like there's some refactorization needed to handle spawning the browser in the same way throughout the app.
