Title:
Mouse Pointer is Not visible
Status in fglrx-installer package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Upon beginning the installation of lucid lynx beta 1, there was no
arrow on the mouse pointer but a brown square (I had seen this with
alpha 3, also). Upon rebooting after the installation, the mouse
pointer was not visible but moving the mouse itself highlighted areas
in the tool bar. After the installation of LL alpha 3, the mouse
pointer Was visible and normal.
Here is my computer information: 1.80 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64
1024 Megabytes Installed Memory
Hitachi 160gb [Hard drive]
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 4000
The mouse is a USB Logitech Optical Wired 2-button mouse with scroll-
wheel.
