Title:
nautilus menu stays in the top menu bar even after it is closed

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Nautilus menu bar stays in Unity menu on top even after all nautilus windows are closed.
It does not appear unless you move mouse over the top bar.

Also, when I choose 'File'->New Window in this menu bar, it opens up
two windows: one (on the foreground) is proper Nautilus window, the
other one is white window in a background that occupies the whole
screen, does not have anu menus or content. It can be killed with
  'xkill'.

I'm running latest packages of nautilus:

  alexu@das-ist-computer:~$ dpkg -l nautilus\* | cat
