Bug description:
It would be nice if we could easily add *MUST READ* type of links to
the sidebar when one tries to translate something. For example, I want
that people that come in and want to start doing Catalan stuff are
aware of our conventions before they start doing any translation. Just
a pair of links to two Softcatalà resources would help a bit.
Right now, most of the new Catalan material that is being introduced
in Rosetta is quite poor because they totally ignore these
conventions.
