Title:
  Intel Haswell Graphics controller[8086:0a16] Small blocks appear in
  Firefox randomly

Status in xserver-xorg-video-intel package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  CID: 201307-13941 Dell Latitude E5440

  Some small black block will appear when you scroll up in Firefox.

  Steps:
  1. Install 12.04.4 + updates (3.11.0-19)
  2. Open https://docs.python.org/devguide/ in your Firefox with maximized window
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the webpage, and scroll up

  Expected result:
  * Display works fine

  Actuel result:
  * Small black boxes appear in the browser when you scrolling up, this does not only happen in this page.
  But if you shrink the window size, it'll be hard to reproduce.
  Verified with LibreOffice Calc, cannot be reproduced in it.

  This might be an Intel driver related issue, see:
