Thanks Doug, let's keep those bugs open though since we are likely to do
the update next cycle and it's better if we have a list of issues
already there

  It currently doesn't look correct in an ubuntu session. It's one thing
  for an app here or there to use csd/GtkHeaderBar & be different than
  the bulk of apps  but not the file manager.
