  texlive-pictures should depend on texlive-latex-extra

Status in texlive-base package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: texlive-pictures

  Installed texlive-pictures to be able to write dot graphs directly in
  my .tex files. The dot2texi package requires the file moreverb.sty to
  be present. moreverb.sty resides in texlive-latex-extra but texlive-
  pictures doesn't depend on it.

  One could possibly argue that texlive-pictures also should depend on
  (or at least recommend ) dot2tex.

  Below is a simple latex document that fails to compile unless texlive-
  latex-extra and dot2tex are installed.
