[Bug 1545531] [NEW] nouveau spews out errors during boot

Public bug reported:

Nouveau driver seems to be broken on standard installation of Ubuntu
15.10.

The only solution is to blacklist the driver in
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf and then run:

echo options nouveau modeset=0 | sudo tee -a
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf && sudo update-initramfs -u

If you then reboot the computer everything works fine.
