Status in Mozilla Thunderbird:
Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Installing xul-ext-gdata-provider gives an outdated version of Provider for Google Calendar extension for Thunderbird Lightning, which doesn't work with latest Google API anymore, which makes the package unusable.

google-calendar/ and I would suggest an upgrade of the package's

I am running Ubuntu 14.10 Utopic Unicorn, but I see Vivid still has
the same package version. And I guess a good idea would be to backport
the update to Trusty and Precise, too.

  Thank you very much!
