[Bug 850104] Re: [oneiric] does not use the wallpaper cache any more
After some check, in reality, it's still using it. So we have to dig
further why nautilus is slowing down.

Bug description:
In oneiric, ~/.cache/wallpaper/* is still being created, but
apparently not being used any more. This causes a rather major
increase of nautilus CPU usage during startup:

(nautilus takes > 5, but possibly due to other things as well).
