  oneconf-query crashed with SIGSEGV in PyFunction_New()

Bug description:
  This is just another crash-- without much associated other than I was
  opening Thunderbird and now it appears that oddly just one of my
  Firefox windows has lost it's window frame whilst the others have not.
  I don't think I have to relog but sometimes I do.
