There is no 'guest' session under GNOME, that is a Unity feature.

Bug description:
  Though I didn't have it enabled for security reasons when I was using
  Unity, I think that some may find it useful to have a 'guest account'
  option, though I think that it should be off by default and be
  reasonably easy to configure in the gnome-control-center.
