  3) What is expected to happen in LibreOffice Calc via the Terminal:

  cd ~/Desktop && wget
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/177187/+attachment/2281700/+files/ColumnAndLines.xls
  && localc -nologo ColumnAndLines.xls

  click the legend and it will resize via the mouse.

  4) What happens instead is the legend is not resizeable.
