Bug description:
Binary package hint: software-center
Purchasing of "Fluendo DVD Player" failed to purchase and shows the following message.
Failure in the purchase process
Unable to create Launchpad subscription: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request
To reproduce.
1. Open Software-Centre
2. Buy "Fluendo DVD Player"
3. Login and enter payment details
4. Submit payment
5. Message shows during authorisation or just of after process.
https://pay.ubuntu.com/payment/ shows payment authorised for a short
time them goes to cancelled.
Tried 4 times so far.
