[Bug 576628] migrating packaging from OpenOffice.org to Libreoffice

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project
Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that
has not happened already.

allow cross pollination.

  Original Reporter Comments: To create the Word file:
  1.Start MS Word.
  2.Open the forms toolbar (view/toolbars menu).
  3.Click drop-down field icon to insert a field.
  4.Double-click the inserted field; add some choices: choice A, choice B, choice C
  5.protect the document (Tools/Protect Document…)
  6. choose one of the choices, e.g. choice B
  7. save the document (I have an example to attach)
