[Bug 210724] migrating packaging from OpenOffice.org to Libreoffice

There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix  

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project
Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that
has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to
allow cross pollination.

Bug description:
  How to reproduce :

  run OpenOffice.org in another locale (fr_FR.UTF-8 for example)
  file/new/templates and documents (modèles et documents)
  click on sample (exemples)

  You get an error message saying that
  /usr/lib/openoffice/share/samples/fr doesn't exist (only
  /usr/lib/openoffice/share/samples/en-US/ exists).

  I have this error on gutsy fully up-to-date.
