allow cross pollination.

  4) What happens instead is it looks like two rectangles, one stacked
  onto the other. The top rectangle has a vertical color gradient, dark
  to light going top to bottom. The bottom rectangle is just one solid
  color.  The .ppt was created in PowerPoint XP.
