[Bug 38569] migrating packaging from OpenOffice.org to Libreoffice

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project
Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that

allow cross pollination.

Bug description:
  1) lsb_release -rd

  and one Page 1, Ondernemingen rectangle text frame is shifted not

  Original Reporter Comments: These are MS Word documents provided by the Belgian government which one needs to fill in when one wants to start their own company.
  The layout is very strict because these documents are published publicly.
  I'll also attach the PDF-version of the documents (informational).
