Christopher, it is still there in LibreOffice (with Natty & Unity)

In fact all the Send > Email As... options (Open Document Text..,
Microsoft Word... and PDF...) give this error for a Base Report, but not
for a Writer Document.  In Writer, the attachment is created and
attached to a new Evolution message.

I am attaching a test database (Test-A.odb).

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: openoffice.org

  When sending a Base report as a PDF file (File > Send > Report as PDF
  attachment) an error message is displayed (see attached).  This does
  not occur if a the same is done in Writer.
