[Annoying, Usability] Password for install apps (Software Center) or
simple as upgrade (Update Manager)

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Binary package hint: software-center
Since i use Ubuntu (3 years ago), every time i install apps in Software Center or upgrades in Update Manager, the pass is needed.
But why? The apps in Software Center are secure, the upgrades are secure. Then, why the password?
Others:
Windows 7: A confirm dialog, no password.
OS X (Snow Leopard, Lion): Mac App Store no need password, just push the button for install.
iOS: App Store log in one time as user, and install apps.
Google Chrome: Chrome Web Store log in one time as user, and install apps.
I tested this in 3 users who do not use Ubuntu, and the action of type
the password every time is really annoying, just for remember and type
the password every time.
What do you think that Ubuntu still requires "the password" for
install or upgrade apps. The action is simple, lets make simple.
