  submit_usefulness_gtk3.py crashed with AttributeError in
  _full_callback(): Handler on_button_post_clicked not found

Bug description:
  i opened the new version of software center by typing in terminal "software-center-gtk3". i used it, i tried to rate an opinion for an app, i closed the software center and then this bug report came.
