[Bug 842918] Re: Progress bar goes in the wrong direction in RTL languages
Looks like we were both wrong. It isn't a light-themes bug or a GTK bug;
RTL progress bars work fine in Nautilus, regardless of theme. It's an
Ubuntu Software Center bug.
** Attachment added: "Nautilus progress window in Arabic"
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/light-themes/+bug/842918/+attachment/2413298/+files/Screenshot%20at%202011-09-16%2016%3A29%3A49.png
** Package changed: light-themes (Ubuntu) => software-center (Ubuntu)
** Changed in: software-center (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided => Low
** Changed in: software-center (Ubuntu)
Status: Invalid => New
** Description changed:
- light-themes 0.1.8.23, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1
+ Problem occurs with: Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.22, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1
+ Does not occur with: Nautilus
1. Log in to an account that uses an RTL language, e.g. Arabic.
- 2. Show a progress bar, for example by installing something in Ubuntu Software Center.
+ 2. Open Ubuntu Software Center, and install or remove something.
What you see: The progress bar goes from left to right.
What you should see: The progress bar goes from right to left.
