Here is an attachment of the Screenshot of the Ubuntu Software Center
that shows although Wallch is installed (because the only option is
"Uninstall"), it states "You need to install the program to review it".

  Ubuntu Software Center does not let me review Wallch

Bug description:
  Firstly, Wallch software does not show up in the Ubuntu Software
  Center when you search for it.

  Secondly, when you download it directly & install it the Ubuntu
  Software Center is launched automatically but does not let you review
  it even after restarting. Please note I have a valid account and can
  review other software.
