Bug description:
  I saw that the
  /usr/lib/openoffice/basis3.1/share/template/fr/wizard/bitmap directory
has bitmap files in bmp format.

I noticed that there are also gif files.

The gif file provides a better compression ratio.

I think that converting bmp files in gif will save space.
