Title:
Search folder for "Unread mail" displays read mail as well after
  application launch

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

I have a search folder that displays unread mail. It is configured to
"Include threads NONE. Find items: IF ALL CONDITIONS ARE MET. STATUS
IS NOT READ. And in a few specific folders (some imap, some local).

When I Launch Evo the contents of this folder contains some unread
mail, but also a lot of read mail, some dating back years. I have
looked, but have found no apparent pattern regarding mails included
  into this view.

Sometimes unread mail show up as the last email in the view and
reading it causes a new one to take its place. I.e. all unread mail is
not shown from start, and reading one will cause another to take its
  place.

This conditions goes away after some time, some sort of refresh is
required for it to do so (new mail arriving does not fix it). But I
seem to be able to force it correct by searching for something bogus
in the unread mail view and then switch off the search filter again.
