it will be fixed with the next update as said before, no need to comment
to state that you get the bug it's a known issue

Bug description:
  Oneiric Beta 1 Desktop i386 (20110901) Live session from usb stick.
  I'm doing laptop test of keyboard and find that fn+F3 (toogles Touchpad) on Asus eee pc 1005P turns Touchpad off, but cannot turn it back on again. Touchpad is still disabled after reboot.
