Bug description:
  Binary package hint: empathy

  there is an iсon(webcam) near every icq contaсt

  TEST CASE:
  1. add a yahoo/icq account in empathy.
  2. see all you your contacts have a webcam icon next to them.
  3. now install the version of telepathy-haze from maverick-proposed and see there is no icon.
