[Bug 787168] Re: package libreoffice-common 1:3.3.2-1ubuntu4 failed to install/upgrade: short read on buffer copy for backend dpkg-deb during `./usr/lib/libreoffice/basis3.3/share/gallery/sounds/top.wav' I had just been using LibreOffice Writer, and closed it all properly. How could the buffer be involved?!!
Likely just a corrupted deb-file:

not an Libreoffice issue => Invalid
