  gnome-panel crashed with SIGSEGV

Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  On gnome classic (no effects) session - Moved the "window list" from the bottom to the top panel, deleted the bottom panel via alt + right click --> delete panel and then moved the top panel to become the bottom.
  Empty error window popped up whilst deleting the bottom panel.
