[Bug 854833] Re: (oneiric) wireless passwords not remembered
Is this with an upgrade from Natty or a new installation?
New connections should be writing passwords to the relevant connection's
config file in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections; so that the
password would be remembered.
As a workaround, could you please verify if the connection is set to
"Available to all users", and if not, enable that checkbox?

Title:
(oneiric) wireless passwords not remembered
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
With an up to date (as of 20 Sept) Oneiric beta, I have to re-enter
the wireless password for all of my standard networks every time I log
in. Expected behaviour is that Ubuntu remembers them. This is a
regression from previous behaviour
