Bug description:
  Binary package hint: seahorse

  During upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10 seahorse couldn't upgraded and cause upgrade to be aborted
  there were also other numerous occasion of packages already installed and configured mentioned as error.
  Why this happens? I mean if the package is already installed and configured it's not an error, just go on with the installation/upgrade
