  lock screen wallpaper does not track session wallpaper change

Bug description:
  Version: 3.1.5-0ubuntu6
  Release:	11.10

  I noticed that the lock screen now shows my background image, which is
  much more reassuring than natty's bottomless void.  However, when I
  change the background image during my session, the lock screen does
  not follow along, but instead continues to show the old image.
