Title:
Old files creep around in Maverick and Natty although the package
gnome-app-install is no longer provided
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Binary package hint: software-center
The file /etc/gnome-app-install/packages-whitelist creeps around in
Maverick and natty although Ubuntu has abandoned gnome-app-install.
Ubuntu should have been cleaned of this old file automatically. That's
the task of the package maintainer.
