  Network-manager broke totally after the latest updates

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Network-manager doesn't appear in the bar in the upper corner and my
  computer doesn't connect to any network automatically. I had to edit
  /etc/network/interfaces manually to even file this bug report.
