thank you for your bug report, you need to use "allow-guest=false" in
the seat definition, your conffile seems to be from an old version

  guest session cannot be turned off

Status in “lightdm” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  guest session cannot be turned off on lightdm + unity-greeter even if
  modifying lightdm.conf as described below.

   [GuestAccount]
  -enabled=true
  +enabled=false

  How to reproduce:
   1. modify guest accont setting from enabled=true to enabled=false in lightdm.conf
   2. $ sudo service lightdm restart

  Expected:
   3. guest user entry disappears.

  Actual result:
   3. guest user entry is still shown and can be used.
