[Bug 613996] Re: Software Centre should notify when package installation is complete

show notification when software is installed if software center is closed before installation finishes

If I install a package, I'll often change the focussed window away and
carry on with some other task. As it is in Lucid, I have no way of
telling when the installation is complete. What I suggest is that a
notify-osd bubble is popped up when installation is complete if the
window is not focussed.
