there isn't enough information here for us to tell what the problem is.

If you still experience the problem, could you please trigger it once, and then attach these files:
/var/log/dpkg.log
/var/log/apthistory.log
/var/log/syslog

  While installing, All tray, UBUNTU Software Center is still saying
