  mobile broadband connection wizard intro page is broken and ugly

Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The intro page for the mobile wizard shows the page titles duplicated,
  as well as 6 buttons in total (including useless ones like "Go Back"
  or "Finish").
