Title:
Action bar buttons are not aligned correctly

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Software Center 4.1.23.4, Ubuntu Oneiric

The buttons in the action bar should be aligned to the right per the
  Software Center specification at
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter. Currently, they are
incorrectly placed to the left alongside the (optional) label, as
shown in the attached screenshot. I believe this regression occurred
with our move to the new GTK3-based UI.
