  Cannot scroll feed when gwibber opens

Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Each time Gwibber starts, the feed cannot be scrolled. Overlay scroll
  bar does not appear on rollover, nor does feed respond to down arrow
  key or two-finger scrolling on touch pad. To scroll, user must click
  on "messages" button then return to"home" button, and it works fine.
