Title:
Log File Viewer is difficult to interpret - needs different layout
Status in “gnome-utils” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
The Log File Viewer displays cryptic abbreviations followed by an
equals sign to present items in the log. People find this layout
difficult to read and interpret. It's not an efficient way to present
the information. A more human friendly layout is possible. For
example, a Nautilus like "List" or "Details" view with headers.
Information would list under its corresponding header and accordingly
be easily found and interpreted.
The current layout & manner of presenting log information should be
changed to a more "human friendly" presentation.
