[Bug 415394] Re: add good old -dbg packages for network-manager and friends

or exporting VPN connections. (LP: #634913)

buttons and titles. (LP: #856785)

Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
in order to make our dailies from ppa more efficient we should add
good old -dbg packages for network-manager libnm-util1 and libnm-glib0
... as well as for network-manager-gnome and modemmanager.
