Title:
menu bar appears even if disabled

Status in “gnome-terminal” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I have the menubar disabled, via the options in my profile. When I run
a terminal, though, a menubar is displayed. If I right click, show
menubar, the option is unticked. When I click on it, it becomes ticked
and the menubar stays. When I click again, it becomes unticked and the
  menubar goes away.
